I had the BEST experience at Novella! The interior is absolutely to die for, and the staff is so welcoming and attentive. As soon as you enter, you feel pampered and relaxed. I had a facial from Bri, who was fantastic! She helped clear an acne spot and truly gave me a glow. She was extremely specific with my skin type and gave the best recommendations for next steps/skin care at home. The best facial ever. I will be making this a regular thing now. I love Novella!

Casey gives the most amazing facials. She takes the time to make sure all my skincare goals are discussed and addressed. She always gives the best advice when it comes to products, talking through my options to ensure I am using the best things specific to my skin. I was so excited to see Casey will be at this beautiful new med spa! If you don't have a facialist at Novella, I cannot recommend Casey enough!

Allie at Novella Form & Facial has been taking care of my skin for 6 years now! From skincare products, facials, lasers, and injections, she is the only person I let touch me! I’ve experienced Novella on four separate occasions -- at an event, an injection consultation, over the phone, and for a wellness appointment. I felt welcomed, safe, and cared for each time. It’s quite the drive (45 mins), but definitely worth it because the ambiance is a sight to see and experience.

Casey got me started on my monthly facials, and I am completely addicted to how my skin feels and looks for days after! It’s an experience I look forward to every month, my time to be alone, to relax, and to be pampered. Casey is so cool, and her hands are MAGIC! I had a consult with Allie about fillers the same day I had my facial (just yesterday, see my photo for facial and filler details), and I felt so comfortable with her that I was willing and able to do the service that same day! She walked me through the process, held my hand, and gave me her number after, letting me know to contact her if I had any questions or concerns. She was so sweet and did a great job! Honestly, I could go on and on about the entire team here: Allison, the CEO, def knows what she’s doing when it comes to branding, experience, services, and staffing. I am so happy with the results! Novella offers me a peaceful, relaxing escape from the busyness of everyday life. I'd never had a facial prior to Novella that hadn't left my skin in shambles & broken out. You can tell that Novella took the time to find the ~best of the best~ aestheticians & injectors. I saw Casey for my facial & I saw Allie for my injections. I have had the most amazing results from my filler treatment with Taylor! I did my lips, cheeks, some under-eye, and chin to enhance my side profile. I now look more lifted and awake! The whole facility is incredible, and I can't wait to come back for my facial!

The level of luxury I experienced at Novella was unreal, as someone who’s suffered with rosacea for years, I’ve always avoided facials because I usually leave flared up and frustrated. The magic that was worked on my face had me leaving with skin that was more calm and even-toned than I’d seen in years. Everyone was so wonderful and welcoming, and I truly felt like an absolute VIP the entire time there, even though I literally just got a facial. They also recommended two products (not a hard-to-follow wild skin care routine that I will never use) to help recreate the calmness in my skin that I saw during my facial. My esthetician shared that she also struggles with rosacea, so I knew I was right at home. I drive 40 minutes to come here because there’s nothing else like it. From experience to treatment, it’s truly exceptional.

I've had May 17th on my calendar like it's Christmas Day. I almost made an Advent calendar for myself, that's how excited I am for Novella Form & Facial to open. I've been a Patient of Allie's for 6 years and trust her implicitly. She has assembled an amazing team with the same knowledge and skills she possesses, and I love seeing Bri, Casey, and Taylor as well! One specific note on my latest procedure, I had Pixel8 and Erbium combo. For someone like me who sees Patients daily and cannot afford any downtime, this one is a game-changer!! Sunburned, look after the procedure and back in meetings the next morning. Pic is only 24 hrs after Pixel8 laser combo!! I love microneedling, but I've found my new skin care maintenance/routine!

I'm so excited to have this place for all of my skin care needs so close to home. Not only am I getting my tattoo removal done here, they now have me on a great skincare routine. It's such a relaxing environment!
